Formerly called the Spang Mansion, this historic brick house was built by G. A.Spang in 1928 and restored in 2000 by the Phil Hixon family. There are five acres with a large barn, carriage house, chicken pen and smokehouse. A red and white brick driveway loops in front of the house and connects all the buildings together. Each of the four bedrooms have a different species of wood door and each open to an outside balcony. The building in non-smoking but smoking is permitted on the balconies.
