Formerly called the Spang Mansion, this historic brick house was built by G. A.Spang in 1928 and restored in 2000 by the Phil Hixon family.  There are five acres with a large barn, carriage house, machinery shed, chicken pen and smokehouse.  A red and white brick driveway loops in front of the house and connects all the buildings together.  Each of the four bedrooms have a different species of wood door and each open to an outside balcony. Although the building is non-smoking, smoking is permitted on the porches and balconies.
